3.1Out-of-box inspection
3.1.1The equipment engineer, together with the purchaser, warehouse manager and factory staff, shall organize the loading and unpacking of the equipment.
3.1.2The equipment engineer should first check the integrity of the package, if there is any damage, take evidence immediately to the supplier to contact the procurement.
3.1.3The supplier should be present when the equipment is unpacked. Both sides should check the equipment, random accessories, tools, spare parts and related information according to the packing list.
3.1.4Check the integrity of the equipment and parts after unpacking. If there is any damage, take photos and mark on the list. If the supplier is not present, send the photos to the supplier. 3.1.5 after the equipment inventory has been completed, both parties shall sign the list and, in case of any abnormality, shall promptly respond to the supplier.
3.2Installation and debugging
Equipment debugging is divided into four parts, including on-site installation, no-load test machine, load test machine and batch trial production. The equipment engineer should know the installation and commissioning of the equipment in time, do a good job of coordination between the departments, early detection of problems and ask the supplier to adjust.
3.2.1Installation and commissioning of equipment must be carried out under the guidance of the installation instructions provided by the supplier or the technical personnel of the supplier. Its main contents are equipment in place, level adjustment, foot fixation, separation components assembly. Connection of electricity and gas for operation, cleaning, lubrication, fastening and adjustment of equipment parts, etc. . This process requires the assistance of IE. 3.2.2 records shall be kept on a daily basis during the commissioning process and, in particular, any non-conformity shall be communicated to the supplier in a timely manner and resolved as soon as possible.
3.2.3During each stage of installation and commissioning, the equipment engineer must prepare periodic reports as attachments to the acceptance reports.
3.2.4During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the equipment engineer shall organize training for the equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
3.2.5If the equipment contains the device or parts that need to be measured, apply for measurement according to the specific conditions when the machine is tested under no load or in accordance with the test, and take the certificate of measurement verification as the attachment of the acceptance report.
3.3Preparation before acceptance
Prior to the acceptance of the equipment, the equipment engineer shall prepare for the acceptance of the equipment according to the technical agreement of the installation contract.
3.3.1 prior to the acceptance of the equipment, the engineer shall be prepared to meet the external resources required for the acceptance of the equipment, including materials required for commissioning and electrical and gas requirements.
3.3.2 prior to the acceptance of the equipment, the supplier shall hand over the equipment-related information, the information includes the equipment operation instruction (machine structure, Operation Guide, Safety Technical Specification, maintenance guide,) , standard parts list, work piece drawing, circuit diagram, standard configuration list, complete alarm information and PLC program.3.4设备验收
3.4.1Appearance check

3.4.3 no-load test machine: installation equipment installation and use instructions to confirm whether the equipment can be switched on and off normally, whether the various parts of the equipment start, display, operation functions are normal, whether the implementation of the actions designed.
3.4.4 load testing: the equipment and process engineers must strictly install the load testing machines in a planned and systematic manner as required by the contract. And do a good job of recording and data collection in the whole process of load test machine. According to the test program stipulated in the contract, carry out test production one by one according to different products and specifications, and keep enough products to be tested, to measure, record, analyze and evaluate the key characteristics of the product and the key performance of the equipment (such as machining precision, qualified rate, capacity, etc.) by the method of contract or industry test standard. The reliability, repairability and Operation Economy of the equipment should be examined when testing the machine under load.3.4.5批量试生产
3.4.5.1 the equipment shall be temporarily handed over to the user department for at least one month of pilot production following a load test run.
3.4.5.2 plant operators and plant maintenance personnel shall provide timely feedback to the plant engineer on problems arising from the commissioning of the equipment.
3.4.5.3 the acceptance of equipment shall be effected when the equipment is in normal operation during the trial run and shall be postponed if new problems arise during the trial run.
3.4.5.4 pilot production of equipment is the examination of equipment which includes:
A.Equipment failure rate statistics
B.The abnormal damage of equipment and components due to insufficient design
C.The service life of equipment jigs and fragile parts
3.4.5 during the acceptance of equipment, if the supplier is not present at the plant and there is abnormal damage to the parts of the equipment, the equipment engineer shall retain the damaged parts and take photographs and contact the supplier, if necessary, you can send photos and physical goods to the supplier to ensure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.
3.5Data collation
3.5.1 after the acceptance of the equipment has passed the inspection, the equipment engineer shall fill in the equipment acceptance report with the relevant information and file it.
3.5.2 in the course of acceptance and testing, if there is any abnormality, communicate and negotiate with the supplier, clearly specify in writing the next corrective action and Resolution Plan, and set a time limit.
